Quality Appraisal Reviews by Anderson Appraisal, LLC
As stated in an announcement by the Federal Reserve, "financial institutions are required to have effective, independent real estate appraisal and evaluation procedures," and that appraisers performing reviews should "have the familiarity and skillfulness to evaluate compliance with the Federal Reserves appraisal regulations and guidelines." If you need appraisal review services that are impartial, qualified, professional and compliant with the Federal Reserve's rules, look no further than Anderson Appraisal, LLC.

Appraisal reviews "must figure out whether the appraisal or evaluation is applicable for the transaction, the danger of the transaction, and whether the means by which the collateral valuation is acquired guarantees independence and quality," as stated by the Federal Reserve. They "should also denote whether the appraisal or evaluation report is consistent with the letter of engagement, which gives an account of the scope of the appraisal assignment." Lastly, the Federal Reserve says that "some financial institutions supplement typical reviews with post-funding surveys of appraisal quality for some of their higher-liability or larger-value affairs as a method to aid in detecting valuation disputes."
In addition to tailoring our work to the forms and guidelines of our review customers, there are four Fannie Mae forms that are typically used for review services, and we will prepare an appraisal review on any one of them. They include an appraisal "desk" review, a "field" review, a "short" form and a "narrative" form. Here at Anderson Appraisal, LLC, we're qualified in every kind of appraisal review, review procedure and the obligations of review appraisers.
We are aware of what the biggest imperfections are, specifically in our housing market, as well as what amounts to a quality appraisal. In the same sense, we're amply trained to distinguish that our competition in our market are capable of a fine job. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) govern appraisal reviews as well as appraisal reports, and you can count on us to ethically assess appraisal reports executed by others. And those others might be evaluating our work, too!
You can depend on Anderson Appraisal, LLC for our truthful judgment, because we offer professional, impartial, ethical appraisal review services for our clients. Contact us for more information regarding our qualifications, expertise and service offerings.
